We welcome applications for our University Program beginning September. This includes both internships and full-time roles.

To apply for our University Program, applicants must be currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. degree. Only candidates who submit an online application will be considered.

  • New Grads: Must be enrolled in a four-year academic institution during the interview process.
  • Interns: Must be enrolled in a four-year academic institution and eligible for full-time conversion following their next and final year or semester of school. Interns must also be able to complete the full 10-12-week internship program.

Once an application is submitted, the CrowdStrike hiring team will review the candidate’s profile and assess their skills and experience. If the applicant appears to be a strong fit for a given role, a member of our recruiting team will then reach out and provide additional information specific to the position and process. Our hiring process consists of up to three rounds of interviews. For technical positions, applicants are also required to complete a technical assessment.
Our hiring team evaluates each candidate’s profile throughout the recruiting season for all open university opportunities. If a team is interested in a candidate’s profile, our University Recruiting team will reach out.
Yes. We encourage candidates to re-apply to the program. To improve the chances of success, applicants should highlight notable changes in their skills and experience, such as new extracurricular project, internships or relevant coursework, on their resume and application.
In the U.S., we host a 12-week summer program that begins in May or June. Outside the U.S., the internship schedule varies and is arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. All internship positions are paid. We offer competitive salaries for both full-time positions and internship opportunities.
Our University Program offers participants a robust learning and development program, as well as one-on-one mentorship opportunities and an executive speaker series. In addition, program participants can take part in fun social events and volunteer opportunities. We also offer holiday pay, a 401k program and continuous performance feedback.
No. Program participants must arrange their own housing. However, we offer a housing stipend or Work From Home stipend to eligible participants.
