CrowdStrike Broadens Customer Support Offerings with Premium Services

— New support options help customers maximize the value of their CrowdStrike deployments and ensure their success in stopping the breach —

Irvine, CA – February 13, 2017 – CrowdStrike Inc., the leader in cloud-delivered next-generation endpoint protection, launched three new levels of support to help customers properly maximize their investments in the CrowdStrike Falcon®™ platform and use the technology effectively and efficiently.

To augment its broadened product portfolio that now includes five integrated Falcon modules, CrowdStrike is offering Premium Customer Support for organizations that require superior technical response and case management. With Premium Support, customers receive a dedicated technical support team who provides one-on-one strategic support planning, deployment support, security operations review, and continuous account management to ensure customers get the maximum benefits from their CrowdStrike Falcon® deployments.

  • CrowdStrike Standard Support – Included with every CrowdStrike subscription. CrowdStrike Standard Support provides unlimited access to the full knowledge base and resources available to customers, as well as technical and engineering support to ensure successful deployments and operationalization of the Falcon technology.
  • CrowdStrike Essential Support – Offers all the benefits of CrowdStrike Standard Support plus direct access to CrowdStrike technical account managers and hands-on assistance with deployment.
  • Premium Service Elite – Offers the highest level of support provided by CrowdStrike, including a dedicated technical account manager who works closely with customers as a go-to trusted advisor.
